RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. 30-DAY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU & UK) Under European Union and United Kingdom consumer protection regulations, you have the right to cancel your order and return your product within 30 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification. Additionally, OpengoBuy extends a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee for any defective items.

2. RETURN CONDITIONS To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

3. RETURN PROCESS

• To initiate a return, please contact our support team at Support@opengobuy.com with your order number.

• Our team will provide you with the correct return shipping address within 24-48 hours. Please do not send your purchase back to the address listed on the package.

4. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

• If the return is due to a product defect, damage upon arrival, or incorrect item sent, OpengoBuy will cover all return shipping fees.

• If the return is due to customer preference (e.g., change of mind, incorrect size/color selected), the buyer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service.

5. REFUNDS PROCESS Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited back to your original payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.) within 3–5 business days.
